The organizers would like to thank everyone who contributed to the very successful Moncton Air Show.

The fan support for this event was overwhelming. While exact figures are hard to nail down, we saw thousands on the Moncton Riverside Park site and many more surrounding the display area in Dieppe, Riverview and the entire trail system that connects these remarkable communities. The Show was destined to succeed with so much good will, and lucky weather on our side. But a lot of very important support went into the weekend as well. The City of Moncton was an outstanding host and supporter of the MAS and with out their efforts, and the contribution of Tourism New Brunswick, The Show would not have been possible.

Our Sponsors took a chance by supporting a first time event and we appreciate their trust and confidence. We hope that the fans will reward their support of the event by keeping the sponsors in their thoughts when those goods and services may be an option for them. They are:

Of particular note are two organizations who went above and beyond in lending their support:

To Deputy Chief Don McCabe and the team at Fire Station #3 on Assomption Blvd. - Wow, do you guys make an event feel welcome! The Fire Department, and the entire City should be proud of your professionalism, can-do attitude and community spirit.

And to the Moncton Boys and Girls Club who volunteered around the Show site all weekend, your enthusiasm and energy was an example to any community group on how to conduct yourselves and show how important the cause you represent is in your hearts. The Moncton Air Show is contributing a $2200 honorarium to your fundraising efforts.

And thanks to the fans who came out in such great numbers to support the event. We hope to see you again soon at another Air Show in Atlantic Canada.
